Refund policy

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We’ll send a replacement or full refund! 

Exchanges:

If your item arrives and doesn’t fit, we’re happy to offer a free size exchange, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Refunds,Cancellations, and Order Changes: 

We’re happy to assist with order changes before your order has processed (1-3 days). Orders may be cancelled and refunded within 1 hour of purchase only. 

Refund Eligibility 

Refunds are not available for:
– Requests made after 1 hour
– Wrong size (exchange only)
– Refund requests after delivery unless item is damaged or incorrect
